M30 Pro Clean LLC Terms of Service
Thank you for choosing M30 Pro Clean LLC to clean your home! Please confirm your appointment within 24 hours. If we do not receive your information to confirm booking within that time, the appointment date will not be guaranteed.
To confirm your appointment and/or regularly scheduled cleanings, please read the below agreement and provide the following:

Address of the cleaning

Current/New address, if different from the cleaning location (e.g.= move-out clean)

The phone number that you can be reached at, in the event we need to contact you immediately, regarding your appointment.

Any gate, door codes or hide a key location that the cleaning team needs to know to enter the home.
By providing the above information in reply to this e-mail, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the below Terms of Service Agreement and wish to proceed with service from M30 Pro Clean LLC.
Before we schedule your appointment, please read the following items regarding your cleaning to ensure that we can provide you the best possible service:
Please visit our website www.m30proclean.com to view the details of the cleaning service of your choice. There, you can find out what is included in your cleaning service, answers to common questions and M30's contact information. Our business hours are Monday through Friday 8-5 PM. You may email us anytime at: info@m30proclean.com outside of our business hours and we will do our best to respond as soon as possible.
Ask Questions. Our happiest customers know the drill and our regular cleanings are a breeze for everyone! No matter if this is our first time or 100th time cleaning your home, don't hesitate to ask us about anything you are unsure of. We've done a lot of cleanings in a lot of different situations and no two houses are alike. We want to make sure that your service is excellent and easy for you so be sure to reach out to us anytime that something isn't clear.
Online estimates are estimates only. If additional time is needed to leave you a sparkling home or if we complete in less time than the estimate, your invoice will reflect this. If you would like an exact cleaning service cost, please book an in-home estimate within 7 days of your preferred cleaning date.
Please note that the arrival time of our cleaning team may be up to 30 minutes before or after your scheduled cleaning. A 30-minute buffer between appointments allows our cleaners sufficient time if the previous appointment takes longer, potential traffic issues and time for employees to take breaks between appointments. We appreciate your flexibility in allowing extra time around your scheduled appointment.
For everyone's safety, M30 Pro Clean Team Members do not use ladders. We provide extendable cleaning tools and a small step stool to do the best we can to clean areas beyond our reach.
Post Construction Clean Up
This service is for new residential and commercial construction and remodels
We offer rough cleans, light cleans and final cleans
During the rough clean process, M30 Pro Clean does not haul away any large debris such as sheet rock or lumber. A dumpster must be on site for us to remove from the interior of the building.
Our window package is for interior windows only.
Windows are an additional $10 charge per window.

Commercial Cleaning:
This package is for businesses only.
All personal belongings must be removed prior to your scheduled cleaning for us to give you the best possible service. We reserve the right to refuse service before the start of your cleaning appointment if the business is not vacant of people and belongings. Additional charges may be billed if cleaning team members must dispose of any garbage, clean around and move personal belongings left in the business or work around other contractors.
Our window package is for interior windows only.

Residential Cleaning:
The more you can pick up the better we can clean!
Organizing, laundry and pick up service are not included in our cleanings.
We do not move anything over 20 pounds to clean around or under. Please move large objects or furniture ahead of time if you’d like them cleaned under or around.
Interior of refrigerator, interior of ovens, baseboards, blinds, and windows/window tracks are an extra charge, and you will need to notify us 48 hours in advance of your cleaning if you would like these done. Microwaves inside and out are already included.
We do not sort or dispose of trash off premises. We are happy to empty trash bins and add them to a larger receptacle or bag up items to leave in a specified area.
Please leave all doors open to the rooms you would like cleaned. We will not enter any rooms where the door is closed.
If you have any specific requests or notes for your scheduled cleaning, please email us within 24 hours so we can add your notes to our employees work order. Please do not leave notes for cleaners with extra tasks the day of your cleaning. We need to schedule additional time if extra work is requested.
If you are having us do an interior oven cleaning and you have a self-cleaning oven, please run that cycle the night before your scheduled cleaning.

Please keep in mind we use a variety of cleaning products and tools to get surfaces as clean as possible. However, we do NOT use harsh chemicals like caustic oven cleaner, mold cleaner or bleach. Some surfaces may need restoration instead of cleaning to get them looking new again. If we run into any of these surfaces we can’t get completely clean, we will notify you right away with our suggestions.
If for any reason you are un-satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of your service so we can schedule a correction cleaning.
Move-in /Move-out cleaning
This package is for completely vacant homes only.
All personal belongings and garbage must be removed prior to your scheduled cleaning for us to give you the best possible service. We reserve the right to refuse service before the start of your cleaning appointment if the home is not vacant of people and belongings. Additional charges may be billed if cleaning team members must pick up or dispose of any garbage, clean around and move personal belongings left in the home or work around other contractors.
If you have a self cleaning oven, please run the cleaning cycle prior to your scheduled cleaning.

Event Venue Cleaning
We offer early morning and late night cleaning services for event venues such as weddings, receptions, birthday parties, etc.
M30 Pro Clean does not haul away any trash off the premises, unless requested. We will dispose of any trash in a dumpster onsite if provided.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your cleaning appointment or you will be subject to a $25.00 late cancellation fee. You may call (360) 324-2572 during our regular business hours or email us, anytime, at info@m30proclean.com to change or cancel your appointment. If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and you are given less than 24 hours’ notice, you will receive the same $25.00 discount to your next cleaning.
Payments for cleaning services can be made by cash, check or credit/debit card. Make checks payable to: M30 Pro Clean, LLC; dated the same day as your scheduled cleaning service. Checks are NOT to be mailed and must be left for the cleaning team inside the home, the day of your cleaning. We suggest leaving the check on the kitchen counter or dining room table in an envelope. Otherwise, you can choose to pay with any debit/credit card using our online invoice payment system, provided by Squareup.com. We use squareup.com to avoid collecting sensitive payment information, while providing you with the most flexible payment options possible. Upon completion of your cleaning service, we'll email you an invoice which will include the description of your service, the total amount of the charge, and a link to pay with the method you choose. Please note all credit / debit card transactions are subject to a 3% fee.
All payments are due within 24 hours upon receiving our invoice. If you are out of town or will not be able to pay within 24 hours of your cleaning, please email us for further arrangements before your cleaning.
All invoices are sent via email you gave us at the time of booking. M30 Pro Clean, LLC reserves the right to assess late fees for payments made after 24 hours from the timestamp on the invoice email. Late fees will be assessed at the rate of $5.00 per day until the balance is paid in full. M30 Pro Clean, LLC reserves the option to charge your late fees to your next service invoice or to send you a separate invoice for the late charges only, in the event you do not have upcoming appointments scheduled. All payments 30 days late will be sent to collections.
We offer to a hold a card on file by Square, our payment software for your convenience. M30 will charge your card within 24 hours after your scheduled cleaning. All card information is entered in once and the numbers are not displayed in our system for viewing. Receipts will be automatically sent once payments are received by you or your card is charged by us. Please call us if you would like to set this up and have a card on file. For privacy reasons, do not email or text any sensitive card information.
M30 Pro Clean, LLC and m30proclean.com offer the following guarantee:
If you purchase service(s) from M30 Pro Clean, LLC and for some reason you decide that you are dissatisfied with the service, or if any surfaces were missed, you have 24 hours from the time we complete your service to request, first, a correction or a reasonable discount. M30 Pro Clean, LLC will contact you within 1 business day after your request to discuss whether a correction or a reasonable discount will be exercised to resolve your dissatisfaction. M30 Pro Clean, LLC reserves sole discretion to determine when a correction is not a suitable solution.
DO NOT SUBMIT A PAYMENT TOWARD YOUR INVOICE. YOU MUST ALLOW US AN OPPORTUNITY TO CORRECT THE DEFICIENCY.
If M30 Pro Clean, LLC determines that a discount will be exercised, you will receive a new invoice for the service that will reflect the discount which will be due immediately, upon your receipt.
M30 Pro Clean, LLC DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS THROUGH ONLINE PAYMENT PROCESSING SYSTEMS. If you do not request a correction within the 24-hour period, you forfeit this option and will not be eligible for a correction or discount, and the original invoice we sent you for the service will be due and subject to the payment terms listed above.
Once we receive your reply, we will send you an appointment confirmation email. You will get an appointment reminder email two days prior to your scheduled cleaning. We look forward to working with you!
